Support Contracts
CAT Communications offer companies of all sizes and shapes support contracts, and it is a true support contract as opposed to a maintenance contract which will only fix something when broken. You do not have to have had the system installed by us and you do not have to sign to long lengthy contracts. All contracts are tailored to the client's requirements we want our support contract to offer you confidence and assurity.
Our support contracts can cover any of the following
- Associated hardware
- Break - fix
- Fault reports
- Moves, Adds and Changes (MACs)
- System Health checks
- System Audits
- Service credits to cover - consultancy, out of hours work, report writing
All of our contracts can be tailored to meet your needs and for some of our smaller clients if you take on our line rental your System support will be included free of charge.
