If you would like someone to take the hassle out of making your system changes we are also able to offer this service. We have engineers which are permanently seated at our helpdesk who will be there to respond to the changes which you need.

We can charge for this service on a per item basis or a monthly fee for those clients who have a larger volume of changes and requirements. Charges a made in such a way that it makes sure your company is making a saving on an area where they might normally have to dedicate resource.

Helping your company to learn

If you are a company who would like to bring this knowledge in house we are also able to offer this service on the basis of Transition to Self help. At CAT we can demystify the administration of your system and show your team that there is no black art and this is a simple administration process.
