Of course we are in business to make a profit, but not to the detriment of our clients, either in terms of service levels or inflated pricing. CAT's pricing is simple - we look at what your requirement and quote on that basis. We won't sell you what you don't need! We always work within the constraints of your budget and look to see where savings can be made, making your telephony systems as efficient as possible. We are always honest and upfront, providing you with exceptional service, value for money and as a result have very satisfied customers.
We cannot guarantee to always be the cheapest, as we aim to deliver a quality service, but we are rarely the most expensive and customers are always happy with our pricing.

A passion for the telecoms market and high standards of delivery to our customers means that we have taken the decision not to have a dedicated sales force. Why? We believe that if our offering to the market is good enough, our service and business will sell itself.
CAT's business has grown over the years via recommendations and word of mouth and we believe that this is the best way to grow our business. We want clients who want to work with us, and have not been pushed into working with us by a targeted sales team.
For this reason we have no lengthy unreasonable contract terms as we want our clients with us by choice and not by law. Obviously there are some terms but nothing that keeps you tied to us for years or unreasonably.

CAT's ethos on completing its work is truly second to none. We always work on knowledge and not guesswork; we are persistent in getting the job completed and to the highest standard.
This level of workmanship is solely the vision of the owner who has then worked hard and relentlessly to see this duplicated throughout his staff. Recruitment is taken at a paced manner and staff tested and vetted to make sure they have the same conscientious approach and hardworking ethic. Then through re-investment of profit they are thoroughly trained and provided with a high standard of equipment so they can produce meticulous work. You will never hear our staff say "its 5 o'clock I have to go now" or "that'll do" they will always get the job done with the highest diligence.
